Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if the product is no longer needed.

  • A return request will only be considered in case of a damaged or defective product received.

  • To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a complete, unedited parcel opening video that clearly shows:

    1. The unopened parcel from all sides.

    2. The process of opening the parcel from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.

    3. The product inside along with the visible damage or defect.

⚠️ Without this video proof, no return request will be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if:

    • The returned product meets our return eligibility criteria.

    • The claim is verified by our team using the parcel opening video evidence.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned without video proof.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Used, altered, or tampered items.
